In Brandyn Pendley v. Temples Furniture Inc. and Travelers Indemnity Company of America Claimant alleged an injury to his neck and back when he struck a parked vehicle during his employment. The E/C denied continuing indemnity and medical stating that there was no evidence to support an injury. Medical was authorized and the physician who treated claimant testified that Claimant did sustain injury to his cervical and lumbar areas. The JCC agreed and Medical and TPD benefits GRANTED.
