In Gregory Malloy v. Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. the Claimant filed a Notice of Conflict asserting disagreement as to MMI and the need for medical care, including surgery. The JCC found that there are disagreements among medical providers here and an appointment of an EMA was warranted. EMA appointed.
