In Jimmy Harrold v. Intercostal Payroll Solutions, LLC and Imperium Insurance Company the E/C moved for summer final order on the assertion that claimant was not employed by the company and therefore was not covered by the carrier. Affidavits from the company representatives were offered in support. The only evidence offered by claimant regarding the identity of his employer was his own deposition testimony. The JCC found there was no genuine issue of material fact and there was no evidence establishing that claimant was an employee of the company. E/C motion GRANTED; claims DISMISSED.
