Martin Young v. Jim Quinlan Chevrolet Co. d/b/a Autonation Parts Center – Clearwater and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.

In Martin Young v. Jim Quinlan Chevrolet Co. d/b/a Autonation Parts Center – Clearwater and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. the Claimant injured his left knee and groin. Claimant testified that the groin strain resolved. The EC accepted Claimant’s knee injury as a temporary exacerbation of preexisting osteoarthritis in the left knee. The authorized physician testified that Claimant had reached Maximum Medical Improvement and there are no permanent restrictions related to the accident. JCC found that the Claimant did reach Maximum Medical Improvement and no future medical care was medically necessary. Claim for TPD DENIED. Claim for ongoing compensability of injuries to the left knee DENIED.
