In Timothy Middleton v. Keith’s Hot Wheels and None the employer who was unrepresented stated that Claimant was not employed by him on the date of accident April 1, 2021. The employer stated that Claimant was terminated on March 12, 2021 and rehired on May 5, 2021. Claimant did not appear at final hearing. The JCC found that there was no evidence that Claimant worked for the employer on the date of accident. Compensability, medical and indemnity benefits DENIED.
